Though I’ve never met them in person, Reymund and Kristine sounded so Pinoy when their coordinator asked me to do a set for them… I was advised to do all the gowns in pinya- jusi fabric and the barongs on the same fabric with the exception of the groom‘s barong which should be done pinya silk…

I met Cons through my office mate Gracie (she recommended me to her because she was so happy with the gown I made for her for our Christmas party!). After a couple of text messages Cons and I decided to meet up at the SM Mall of Asia. I was in a jittery mode then because she informed me that her wedding is less than two months away! I was already contemplating on the puyat- puyatan moments and endless sweat I have to pour out for my new bride and her entire entourage.
